Quote payment page

GET

https://api.storyous.com/pay/{publicAccessKey}/quote/{externalId}

Validates the public access key, then:

Redirects to Chargebee hosted payment page if the quote is unpaid and active.

Redirects to invoice PDF if the quote has already been paid (invoice exists).

Returns a localised cancellation message if the quote was cancelled.

Rate limited to 10 requests per minute per IP and per key.
